Refund Policy
You can get a full refund only if the following conditions are met: 1.Pay within 15 days and haven't downloaded any resources. 2.Never applying successfully for the invoice.
For Monthly Premium User, you can only request the refund of the current billing period. Previous payments can not be refunded.
And according to the refund policy of the third-party cooperation platform, we will deduct the commission (the order price*3.7%+$0.3) if you need to request refund. The commission is entirely charged by the payment platform and pikbest will not make any profit.
It normally takes about 3-5 business days to process a refund request. After 5 business days, please contact your card-issuing bank to track the money return process.
